ABOUT THE COURSE

This course is designed to help you or your children gain a comprehensive understanding of various Islamic studies, including (but not limited to) the pillars of Islam, Fiqh, Aqidah, Quranic Tafsir, Hadith, Dua (supplications), Islamic etiquette, and the Seerah of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Our experienced Islamic scholars can guide you from the fundamentals of Quranic teachings and Islamic beliefs to more advanced Quranic sciences and in-depth Islamic knowledge. Whether you are a new convert to Islam or wish to instill Islamic values and teachings in your children, this course provides the essential tools to achieve your objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

This course covers the foundational aspects of Islamic studies through live lectures, interactive discussions, and Q&A sessions. The following topics are included:

1. Aqeedah

In Islamic terms, Aqeedah refers to the firm belief in core Islamic principles without any doubt. These principles are outlined in the Quran and must be accepted wholeheartedly by every Muslim:

“The Messenger believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord, and so do the believers. Each one believes in Allah, His angels, His Books, and His Messengers. They say: ‘We make no distinction between one and another of His Messengers.’ And they say: ‘We hear, and we obey. We seek Your forgiveness, our Lord, and to You is the final return.’”
(Surah Al-Baqarah: 285)

2. Fiqh

Fiqh is the knowledge of Islamic laws that govern a Muslim’s daily life. Students will explore essential rulings and practices, providing a foundation for living in accordance with Islamic principles.

3. Biography of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)

The life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) serves as a timeless example and guide. This section includes:

  • Stories of earlier prophets
  • The early life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) before prophethood
  • His life in Makkah and Madinah
  • Lessons and teachings from his life

4. Special Course for Kids

This tailored course provides one-on-one Islamic education for children, progressing from basic to advanced levels. The course is divided into 12 levels to ensure a logical and engaging learning experience. Topics include:

  • The Five Pillars of Islam
  • How to perform prayer
  • Making and learning various duas
  • Stories from the Quran and previous prophets
  • The life of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
  • Manners and etiquette
  • Hadith and Islamic history

5. The Five Pillars of Islam

This section introduces children to the five pillars of Islam, emphasizing their significance and teaching how to practice them. This knowledge forms a strong foundation for young learners.

6. Introduction to Quranic Studies

The Quran is the ultimate guide for all aspects of life. This section covers:

  • Core concepts of the Quran
  • The process of revelation
  • Ulum al-Quran (Sciences of the Quran)

7. Islamic History

Students will explore the rich history of Islam and its leadership during various caliphates, including:

  • The Khilafat-e-Rashida
  • The Umayyad Caliphate
  • The Abbasid Caliphate

8. Introduction to Hadith

Hadiths, the sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), provide clarification of Allah’s commands. This section includes:

  • Basic concepts of Hadith
  • History of Hadith
  • Types of Hadith

9. Major Hadith Collections

Students will gain an understanding of the significant books of Hadith, including:

  • Sahih al-Bukhari
  • Sahih Muslim
  • Sunan Abu Dawood
  • Sunan al-Tirmidhi
  • Sunan al-Nasa’i
  • Sunan ibn Majah
  • Riyad as-Salihin

Course Objective
